This project aims to develop the “Pop.Up” concept further by exploring urban challenge of mobility in future megacities. The project focuses on exploring how to produce new mobility services and sustainable solutions that are valuable to the customers.
The main objectives of the project are:
1. To develop a viable business model
2. To develop a service concept
3. To create digital touchpoints for a service building
on the Pop.Up concept in a user-centered way
In addition, the aim is to define the target audience of the concept. For representing the final outcomes, tangible, visual prototypes that present the basic functionalities are expected.
Project Goal
Given our brief we had an expectation of what we needed to provide, but it was up to us how we should go about doing it. From the onset of the project our aim was to use design methodology in order to provide user-centered solutions for the Pop.Up service concept and surrounding ecosystem.
We chose the following as our aims for the design work:
1. Bringing the users to the central stage of the design
and answering how could the Pop.up be the most
feasible, desirable and intuitive service from the
user’s perspective
2.Engaging users to the design process and
understanding who benefits from the concept
3. Creating innovative and fresh perspectives, as well as feasible ideas for the client
